We’ve turned nine! This week marks nine long years since we incorporated Simplex Services to help businesses with increased adoption of technology to deliver demonstrated value aligned with their business goals.
As we celebrate our foundation day – March 25 – it is imperative to reflect on our journey over the past nine years. It’s been a remarkable ride, filled with challenges and triumphs along the way, with a lot of growth and learning as well.
Here are some of the highlights:
- Grew from a five-member founding team to 60-plus employees and associates now.
- Increased our revenue from $150,000 to $5 million, managing cashflows with no debt in the market.
- Delivered customer projects across diverse sectors and geographies and have been able to retain most of our customers for years.
Nine years is a long time, and as we approach a decade of being in business, we are proud of the impact that we have made and are grateful for the relationships we have built along.
Going forward, we are excited to continue exploring new territories and aligning our business offerings to the evolving needs of the market. In recent times, we have been focusing more on cloud, data, and automation and have reached out to our existing customers and potential clients with our realigned offerings and services that serve both legacy enterprises as well as new-age businesses.
But we know that success cannot be just measured with numbers and figures in a spreadsheet. It’s about the people we work with, the customers we serve, and the communities we are a part of.
So, as we celebrate our special day, we’d like to express our gratitude for everyone—our associates, our partners, our customers, and anyone that we’ve crossed path with on this journey—who has supported us along the way.
