Public Cloud Migration
Adur & Worthing Council wanted to migrate from on-premise Citrix environment to AWS public cloud-hosted Citrix environment. The environment had reached end of life and the organisation was looking at its maiden public cloud adoption, and therefore expertise in strategy formulation, design and roll-out assistance for their programme.
Utilised Digital Workplace offerings to provide a phased approach in creating end user focused cloud journey to adopt AWS public cloud and Citrix on Cloud capabilities. We created artefacts including detailed requirements, architecture and design, installation and performance management which were successfully validated by AWS, Citrix and external implementation partner.
