Business Analyst
The role requires an experienced business analyst, combined with strong functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM. You will be working with stakeholders across the organisation, working closely with development and test teams to deliver effective solutions to end users.

Role Objectives:
- Running requirement gathering workshops.
- Breaking down and documenting requirements for development and test teams.
- Documenting and presenting requirements to business stakeholders.
- Building POCs / Dynamics CE/CRM configuration.
- Issue investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Training users
Must have:
- Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development.
- High proficiency with SQL and database management.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years + experience in similar roles, working with Dynamics CME/CRM.
- Strong preference for finance sector experience.
- Proven experience of translating end user requirements into software capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and organised. Ability to prioritise carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple
deadlines. - Excellent communicator both written and verbal. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
Great team player. Must be able to collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams. - Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems.
- Experience of building POCs/presales.
- Experience of Qlik Sense/Power BI or other BI technologies useful.
- Experience of Power Apps/Power Automate.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience of working with sensitive data and complex access/security models.
- Experience of working with integrations across multiple platforms.
Good to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
- Extensive experience with data visualization.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
