Onsite Delivery Manager (UK)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Delivery Manager to oversee client delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful execution of projects/resources onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects and staffing engagements
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and delivery timelines
  • Drive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with client processes and governance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in IT services/delivery management
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing onsite-offshore delivery models
  • Good understanding of IT hiring and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred skills:

  • Experience working with global clients (especially UK/Europe)
  • Background in managed services or staffing delivery
  • Location : UK/Europe
