Offshore Technical Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic Offshore Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and database
  • Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–6 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., DevOps, Cloud, Data, Networking, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in handling global/client-facing requirements
  • Exposure to contract/permanent hiring
  • Location : Bangalore
