Bid Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the submission of high-quality, compelling proposals that align with client requirements and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
Develop bid strategies and win themes in collaboration with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
Analyse RFPs/RFIs and client requirements to create compliant and tailored responses.
Prepare and review proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
Conduct risk assessments related to bids and suggest mitigation strategies.
Track and report bid progress, maintaining documentation and records for future reference.
Support in pricing strategy discussions and commercial reviews.
Manage client communications related to bid clarifications and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in IT services, consulting, or related industries.
Knowledge of proposal automation tools and CRM systems.
Certification in APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or similar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, or similar.
Experience working in IT services, consulting, or product-based environments.
Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, APIs, and security architectures.
