Presales Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to support business development activities by designing innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions tailored to client requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and develop customised solutions that align with their business goals.
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process.
Design end-to-end solutions, including architecture, technical specifications, and integration plans.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to clients.
Conduct technical workshops and discussions to understand client needs and demonstrate solution capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, and operations) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
Support in RFP/RFI responses, providing technical inputs and solution documentation.
Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies during the solution design phase.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise architecture, and IT infrastructure.
Proven experience in designing complex technical solutions across multiple domains.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in proposal writing, technical documentation, and solution costing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, or similar.
Experience working in IT services, consulting, or product-based environments.
Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, APIs, and security architectures.
